1. First , you need to choose the source and destination for transporting the luggage from one place to another in the “Shipment Details” form. User will choose from tha available option of source and destination. If source and destination is same then user will not be allowed to proceed further. In the same form you will also need to provide the details of addresses of pick up and delivery. The prices according to the weight of the goods will be displayed to the user.The pick-up date should not be a past date.After submission of the form,the user will get an auto-generated docket Id.Then the user will be taken to the next form i.e. “Customer Billing Information form”.
2.In this form, user will be required to fill his personal details including his name, address email id , phone number.The email address should be in proper format and the contact number should have at least 10 digits. The docket number will be sent to this email Address.When he fills in all the details and clicks the submit button,he is taken to the next form for the payment.
3.Here,the user needs to enter the weight of goods and verification code.On submission,he will be prompted to make the payment in Cash during pick-up.
